Cookie policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage) may also be used for the same purposes — functionality, preferences and statistics.
2. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — the PHP session for signing in (business panel, client portal, partner panel) and CSRF protection. Sign-in does not work without them.
- Functional —
kp_lang(your chosen client-portal language, up to 1 year); local storage entries: cookie choice, last calendar view, app install reminder. - Partner attribution —
bv_distandbv_kamp(60 days) are set ONLY if you arrive via one of our sales partners' links, so the registration can be credited to them. They track nothing else.
3. Third-party cookies
Stripe may set its own cookies when you pay online. Embedded content (e.g. maps) on businesses' mini websites may set their own cookies.
4. Cookie consent
When you first visit our public pages we show a banner. Strictly necessary cookies are placed based on legitimate interest; others according to your choice.
5. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent ones are listed above; the consent record may remain for up to 12 months.
6. Your choices
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in from working correctly.
