Terms of service
1. About the service
Digital Vivio is a software platform for appointment and booking management (calendar, clients, services, staff, a client portal for online booking and an optional mini website) aimed at beauty salons, hair and cosmetic studios, spas and similar service businesses. By registering an account, starting a demo or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of service.
2. Who may use the service
The service is intended for businesses and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you grant access to (staff, managers, etc.) uses the platform appropriately.
3. Account registration and accuracy
You must provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the package you select — by invoice or via online payment (Stripe) where available. Prices, currency and billing interval are shown before purchase. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel as described in the panel; downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle.
5. Your content and your clients' data
You retain ownership of the content you enter (services, images, your clients' records and bookings). You grant Digital Vivio a non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to provide the service. For your clients' personal data YOU are the controller and we act as processor — you are responsible for having a legal basis for entering it (including before/after photos and notes).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malware, or using the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or third-party outages (hosting, email, payments) may cause temporary downtime. We may improve, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Vivio and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may close your account by canceling your subscription and contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal requirements.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service provider unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Questions: info@digitalvivio.com. Last updated 2026.
